Something for everyone who's feeling stressed out over exam results!
I can finally lift my head up high and rejoice as Semester 1 comes to a close. Now, I don't have to worry about projects and overdue work for another 2 months or so. I've had a lot of heavy downs with little ups this semester, which seem to complicated matters. Like for instance, my grades are much better but then at the cost of my friends. I feel so guilty and yet I can't stop being such a bitch about everything.
Anyway, I hope next semester will turn out to be much better. I'm not going to start on IRP because frankly, there's no course which I have interest in. All the Animal Sciences and Biology courses have been snatched away and I don't want to force myself into doing something which I don't like and have to stick with it for the rest of the year. Been down that path and I shall not tread on it again. I shall exercise this June Hols, I'm going to trim my lipid trilayer! Also planning some 406 gatherings! :D Bowling, BBQ, Cycling, Movies, the works! Maybe arcades even! It's really surprising how some people get so excited about bowling. I would have never expected that kind of a reaction from them! Haha! :D
I may also apply for a job or enroll in dance class again! :D Who knows? I'm feeling adventurous this time. And I need to widen my social circle. I seem too reliant on some people that when they aren't around, I seem to just crumble and fall away.
Yup, anyway today was pretty fun! Well, not for the first part. But that was one of my petty squabbles again. So, shall skip that part.
We ate at Subway. I got my regular Cold Cut Trio and Choc Chip Cookie. Ate and was really full. Xinyi, Chian, Fabia and Genevieve were my eating partners. I almost wanted to go to Orchard because of some planning but it got postponed in the end so I went out with Chian and Fabia to watch Angels and Demons.
We went to Westmall because it was the closest stop that had a decent cinema. It started at 11 but we got there at 11.20. So we missed the first part where they describe the anti-matter and how they synthesized it. Don't want to spoil it for any of those wanting to watch it during the marking days but it's really well produced. I didn't read the book so I don't know if it fits into the storyline but from my friends, they said it's a huge contrast. Oh, and I find it way too gruesome to be rated PG. I'm imagining the little kids watching this and they'll probably be traumatized for most of their childhood. Haha!
Then we went to crash Fabia's house. It was all the way in Ang Mo Kio! So, we talked along the journey. Hmm, things that I shall not disclose here as it might and will jeopardize a few people's reputations! Including mine of course! ^.-
We watched a few videos from YouTube and then watched The Devil Wears Prada. We only got till half way through and we had to go back. I only reached my house at 6.30 when I left at 4.30. I had to stand most of the way through! And this guy beside me had a really funny gypsy bag or something. It jingled when he moves. So it was pretty noisy. It was really weird looking too.
Yeah, anyway watching all my Disney Classics on YouTube. It sucks when Disney no longer plays the Classics and just drones on and on about
Shall watch Aladdin and Cinderella next. I hate Snow White,Sleeping Beauty and Pinnochio. Although I LOVE AURORA! The name I mean, not the character. I shall name my daughter that one day. If I have one.
Blade the Series also just started! I love the 2-hour premiere last night! It airs after Harper's Island so I'll be wide awake on Sunday nights.
